This plan doesn’t give verbal nutrition advice— rather, it brings personalized nourishing meals to your table.
Initial Nutrition Consult to review current eating habits and health goals.
Stock your fridge and pantry with foods specific to your nutrition plan (yes, we will grocery shop for you and leave you the list if you want to replicate it on your own later!)
Meal prep any number of meals and snacks with foods catered to your preferences and health goals AND leave you with the recipes.
